Principal’s Message

Dear Montfortians,

This academic year 2021-22 has been an extraordinary challenge on account of COVID-19.
However the pandemic gave an opportunity world- wide to rethink and re-assess the strategies for
education. Time of crises ought to inspire, creativity, critical reflection, transformation and renewal.
Today the new normal situation the challenge is to adapt, regenerate, and position our Montfort
School for a strong and sustainable future. This is what we aim at and are working for during this
post pandemic time.

Dear Students, schooling is our first contact with the world, a period of joy, healthy competition,
fearing, adjustments, sharing and love. It is not the wide open spaces, classrooms, the library,
laboratories or the large fields that make the school. It is in the heart of the students and staff that
the true institution exists.
The school magazine in hand would be nice tool which will surely help you to get the glimpses of
the year long activities and achievement of the students of our school. I am sure the quality and
variety of contents would not only be informative but also impressive and enjoyable. In this pursuit
of excellence, I appreciate our parent fraternity for supporting the school in every aspect. I also
laid the relentless efforts of our teachers for giving their best in each child. But I would exhort the
students to be always modest, humble and disciplined, while being ready to expand the horizons
of their knowledge and skills by dreaming big and working hard. My special thanks and congrat-
ulations to the chief editor and sub-editors of this magazine for their wonderful research and hard
work. Congratulations.
Dear Montfortians, I am really honoured and feel very privileged to be here as Principal of this
prestigious institution for the last four years. I would like to take the opportunity to thank all of you
for your co-operation, timely feedback and help.
Now as I am appointed as the Provincial Superior of Delhi Province, I will be moving to head
office soon. I am sure you will extend the same co-operation to the new Principal who would be
joining soon.
With gratitude I wish every one of you, all the very best for the future, wherever it may take you.
